party Quality Control is the process of monitoring an OE project in
order to ensure that it is adhering to OE standards as well as to customer
requirements.
OER's
third party quality control can provide peace of mind to a customer
who is unfamiliar with the unique requirements of an OE site.
OER
can provide 3rd Party Quality Control (QC) by monitoring the actions
and performance of an OE contractor to ensure that the contractor meets
the following OE performance objectives:
- Possess a clear
definition and understanding of the customer needs as well as appropriate
quality measures.
- Maintain a set
of actions and controls to exceed expectations.
- Optimize quality
related costs for the required performance and grade of services.
- Continual review
of product and services requirements and achievements to identify
opportunities for product and service quality improvement.
